I have taken Quikr RTO Service for my 4-Wheeler Bearing Registration Number KAprotectedMFprotected of worth INR protected/- on March protectedth, protected [Attached herewith is a copy of Invoice as ANNEXURE I]. seeing delay in services and not receiving proper updated on the process time to time I have sent withdrawal of service request on Jun protectedth, protected [Attached herewith is a copy as ANNEXURE II] for which you have confirmed to drop the services and mentioned to return my documents on Jun protectedth, protected [Attached herewith is a copy as ANNEXURE III]. I received my Documents back on Aug protected, protected. Now after my follow-up for refund you agreed to refund the paid amount on Aug protected, protected [Attached herewith is a copy as ANNEXURE IV], by sending me a separate email requesting my Bank Account Details. [Attached herewith is a copy as ANNEXURE V]. You confirmed receiving of my bank details on Aug protected, protected. [Attached herewith is a copy as ANNEXURE VI]. This was the last email communication from you which made some sense, after that I have continued to follow up on refund request once every 2 weeks, and I have only received a generic response that “We are looking into the issue and we will get back to you soon” all communication and responses from your organization is attached as miscellaneous documents, but neither your soon came from last 6 months nor someone from your team contacted me on phone or email. Not the refund came to my account. In between one of the persons involved in the chain has left the organization and his email Id became inactive [Attached herewith is a copy as ANNEXURE VII]. Now no one is looking into fulfilling this request and no one is providing me a response. With this Notice I would like your company to provide me refund of my hard-earned money. As a consequence of your deficient services and repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that: • You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach. • I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service. Given the above sequence of events, In addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. protected,protected/- for the extreme stress, mental agony and RTO fine charges (details given below) you have caused to me. While my documents were in your possession from 8 months and I could not register my vehicle on my own, so after receiving documents I have visited the concerned RTO and re registered my vehicle on my own and paid my new road tax, RTO has charged me a fine of protected INR for Late re Registration of my car from NOC Issue date, which is not my mistake [Attached herewith is a copy as ANNEXURE VIII]. In case you fail to act on this letter within protected days from the date of this letter, I would be forced to: • Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, not fulfilling written promises and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs; • Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization; • Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you; and • Issue press releases online and in the print media. I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.
