I have order a shoe and a jacket from ajio.com on last month and i got delivered. But the problem was that shoe did not fit me well so i decided to return it.So i made a exchange request to bigger size so it could fit me well. They accepted my exchange request but cancelled it after 2 days with no reason at all.So,i thought i can be a mistake so made another request and it happen again they cancelled it.Then i decided to call customer support and asked them about the issue,they said your pincode is not serviceable although they have just delivered same product 4 days ago and now saying its now serviceable anymore. I changed the address and pincode as well and the same shit happened again . Now i got frustated and called them again,now they given me the same reason this pin code is also not serviceable and irony is i live in Pune near Magarpatta City which is one of the IT park in Maharashtra and they told me that it is not serviceable. They also suggested me return the product and order a new with bigger size. So i did the same and made an return request along side i ordered a new pair of shoes. The shoes got delivered like in 2 days on the same pin code which i tried to make an exchange twice. Strange !! isn't it ? So i have two pair of same shoes and they cancelled my return request as well. I made another request they cancelled again. I did this thing thrice. It gone past protected days now,this exchange-return shit wasted my protected days and they told to self ship the product and i have only 5 days to return it because they return policy only valid to protected days. You can see here that they never wanted to help me. So now i had only option left, so i self shipped the product. They said they'll pay me for delivery charges protected rs. but you know nobody is going to deliver the product in protected rs. it charged me protected rs. But that's ok. So, the product got delivered on time on 5th of october and the deadline was 6th of october. I tracked the product and found that it got delivered to the address they have provided me. But i have got no response from their side that they received the product and they will refund me. They have refund policy which says that they refund me money within 1 day when they receive the product. So,it gone past 5 days and i still got no refund,no response nothing. This has wasted my 1 month and actually a worst experience ever in online shopping. And one thing if you call on helpline number you will only automated response that is no human interaction.That's very good way to avoid customer with queries/complaints. You will only have chat with them via Email like you have no other work to do in life. Please help me with this. This Thanks in advance !! I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
