I purchased 1.5 T inverter a/c Panasonic model KUprotectedVKYF on protected/4/protected for INR protected/- which was installed on protected/4/protected. Initially on that night a/c cooling gradually came down and while checking the display showed error E8 and compressor was not started. The complaint registered and was not rectified by the technicians for 2 consecutive days and later declared the unit was faulty and assured that will be replaced within 3 days. But so far nobody has come to rectify it till now. Ref.Id no.Rprotected. And now I would like to terminate the purchases due to their lethargic approach and having doubts about their future customer services. Actually we're facing scorching summer now in Chennai.
