I had placed an order for a T-shirt on protectedth Feb and received it on protectedth Feb, protected, the size was small and it was eligible for replacement with a bigger size.
I have been following up with them since protectedth Feb regarding the replacement but their courier person has failed to pick up after my multiple attempts to co-ordinate it. The courier partner contact everyday says he will come today but does not come. I escalated this issue with TeeStory as well, even they are emailing me to wait protected hours for the past 1 week. I would like a refund for this, and this was discussed and agreed by the company and I have mentioned the same in the email conversation as well.
