I had placed an order for my personalised StyleCracker box on the protectedth of December, protected (Order no.SCprotected) . It was dispatched on 3rd of January from Mumbai and the expected date of delivery to my address at Guwahati (Assam) was protectedth of January, protected (PFA). However, I did not receive it on the protectedth, so I called the customer care on protectedth of January which directed me to the courier service Aramex. I then received a message from Aramex that my shipment was to be delivered on protectedth followed by another message in the evening that it had been rescheduled for the next business day (PFA). Post this there had been no communication from the courier service in any manner whatsoever. I contacted the courier service on the protectedth of January for the status of the shipment, when they said that apparently there was an attempt for delivery (which I am not aware of because there was no call from the delivery man notifying me of any confusion related to the address). Anyway, the service assured me that it would be delivered the next day, i.e. protectedth of January. However, there was no delivery even on protectedth of January, so I called them again and they said that they would keep me notified of any progress in the shipment delivery through text message. Finally, today, i.e. protectedth of January, when I saw the tracking details, it showed that it has been returned to the sender. Moreover, the website displays certain contact numbers for the Guwahati offices, none of which are valid. When I lodged a complaint on the website (GAU/protected/protected) relating to the non-delivery on the protectedth, even that has not been redressed yet.(PFA) I would like to add here that I needed the box by protectedth of January and because of the courier service, I could not get it by that date. Because of the non-delivery of the shipment on time I had to go though a lot of trauma in contacting the courier service again and again without any result. And it was very unprofessional of the courier service to claim false attempt of delivery.
