Dear Sir, I have purchased HomeCare/AssurEdge Plan Application No. HPprotected from whirlpool India for my water purifier which is valid between protected Apr,protected and expires on protected Apr,protected. This is the second time a similar issue is happening with me. Prior to this after raising the issue national consumer portal only whirlpool addressed the issue after waiting for more than 6 weeks. Let me describe current issue. In Sep, protected, protected, I registered a complaint with whirlpool India that my water purifier motor is leaking and need service person visit. (Case - BGprotected). They guaranteed, I will get a call in 2 hour and service engineer will visit in protected hour. Then case is closed without informing me for no reason. I called customer care again and they said sorry and opened a new case BGprotected on protectedth Oct. This too closed with no respose. I called again customer care, and they opened a new case BGprotected. they have given me service engineer number. When I called engineer, he promised he will come next day. But again case is closed, saying no response from client which is completely false. I called again on protectedth Oct, protected and customer care again opened a new case BGprotected. This is going on. Whirlpool has no process to escalate a case and they simply open a new case and not all following up with engineer to see the issue and rectify. this is happening even after I bought their annual maintenance plan for protected+ rupees. For last one month, I am purchasing bisleri water can 5 per week, which already cost me protected+ rupees. I demand compensation for the cost and delay in service. Please help with this case.
