I've raised a complaint against the internet issue, and received a message that it'll be resolved within protected hours, however it's not resolved. So, I had raised the concern with Act support on Twitter and they said that they'll arrange a callback. I didn't received any callback or message nor any response from them till date. I need the days that I didn't had internet on to be extended from my billing date and I demand discount for this inconvenience. I had to rely on some other connection, as I had got this connection solely to use for work purpose only.
