Hi, I purchased ACER Aspire 3 Aprotected-RprotectedS ON protected-August-protected from Vijay Sale Mira road branch, After using 3 to 4-time use, Laptop not working. I called ACER customer care for the same issue on protected-September-protected, customer care executive has given me the basic troubleshooting, after troubleshooting laptop starts working. Next day again the same issue occurred. The same issue reported to Customer care on protected-September-protected and Case id XXprotectedx. Engineer visit to my place on protected-October-protected to see the issue, After doing some troubleshooting from his end, He found the issue in power button which was not working. The engineer said need to replace the entire keyboard and went. From that day I am calling customer care to take the follow-up. The same answer I am receiving. The spare part is not available. I am disappointed with the ACER product for this kind of service and product manufacturing. Request you to replace the laptop with new or give me the service ASAP.
