Hello, I had Purchased Moonbow Achelous Water Purifier 9L on protected-protected through Flipkart (Invoice No: FAABDPprotected) Throught This almost 2 years of Purchase i had a pathetic experience of after sales service through hindware. Previously during Installation, less water outlet Problem. 2 Months back(protected/5/protected) there was low water output problem,to which i registered a complaint with Call No.WPRprotected. The same was solved with repetitive followups with customer care and Mr. Prem Soni (HSIL Gujarat)after two weeks on protected/protected/protected. At that time i had asked the service guy to check and change all the filters if required. He told me that only sediment filter is to be changed. He did the same, i asked for the bill, he replied that he will mail me the bill, but after repetitive follow ups he was unable to provide the bill. Now Again on 2/protected/protected, the same problem(low Water Output) Occurred, Again t i registered a complaint with call no. WPRprotected. Again After repetitive follow ups with CCE and Mr. Prem Soni(HSIL Gujarat mob no:protected). The service engineer turned up and he says that membrane is choked and you need to change the membrane which is costing protected rs. I asked him what you checked in previous service a month back. Now no proper response is given by Mr. Prem Soni (HSIL Gujarat).and also i had called around protected times to Mr. Ramakrishnan (Hindware West Zone) ,they are not picking up my call and my service request is still unattended. Still I asked for the bill for the service done on protected-protected, they are bluntly saying no and unable to provide the same.
