I requested for a new broadband connection and I paid Rsprotected to Airtel India to get a new connection.
But while making a payment on protectedth Feb protected
I mentioned a wrong CAF number ie. protected because of this the payment went to a wrong CAF number and on the same day I register a complaint against this and the customer care told that they will refund the money in protected days but till now I have not received my money.
So I want airtel to look into this matter either they pay the money back to me or give a new connection on the correct CAF number ie protected
