I have wrongly placed a item from the website and done the online payment. When i checked it back and tried to get cancel this order but website is not having any cancel button immediately i called to cusotmer care and they suggested me to do not accept item when it get delivered and we can not cancel order anyhow. I have followed all the steps as they said. now i have sent multiple mail and made multiple call but till now i did not get my money refund. It is already a month over. Please suggest and help me out from this problem.
