I am mobiquick user with my registered mobile no. protected. On date 4 jan , I do the transaction of protected/- for idbi federal insurance company, premium payment, But transaction was not successful and amount has been debited from my credit card and same has been credited to Mobiquick wallet. While i am transferring the amount from mobiquick wallet to account, Rs protected/- charges is being applied. This is the fault of mobiquick...if transaction was unsuccessful, then it should return to account not in wallet, even i lodge the complaint to mobiquick app, but they are replying in protected to protected hrs. I have need of money..but mobiquick is playing...game only..rather than...to return the money. Plz help. Thank you Manish srivastava protected
