I ordered Jeeves complete mobile protection with my Honor protected mobile from Flipkart. My phone fell down and the screen broke accidentally. I requested support from Jeeves. Firstly, they asked for another Rs.protected for the repair and rejected cashless insurance. Then their policy clearly stated that the phone will be repaired within protected days otherwise they will replace it with a new device. Now its been more than protected days since they took my phone and after repeated calls to their customer care, they dont give any update regarding my phone.
