Micromax cooler

As I have bought new cooler just one month ago ..now it's not operating properly ..I have raised complaint against product in company customer care after this company man came to home and checked he said fan motor is faulty showing rust this is not customer issue it's a company fault need to change motor ...please help to change product asap
