My order number is protected I placed return request for the order on June 2, after 3 days, the order was not picked up till 6th June company Executive Told me due to some technical issue AWB number is not generated. That's why your order was not pick up. told me you have to send again return request. Then again, on 6th June, I placed return request for the order to return but no one came to pick up. and when I call Customer care they only say the order will be picked up soon. They told me again due to some technical issue an AWB number not generated (according to the concerned team) wait for protected to protected Hours Now after protected Hours they Told me to send again return Request I send email to the company but the company didn't respond. an everyday company executive tells me we are working on it.while please wait. already my protected days have been wasted. I am getting frustrated.
