I ordered (order number: OR-protected, site: https://www.woodlandworldwide.com) and received a pair of WOODLAND shoes of SIZE protected by paying cash INR protected.protected (CASH ON DELIVERY). But I found a problem that I need the shoes of size protected. Then I contacted with customer care (protected protected), they suggested to visit nearest Woodland Store or return back the product by Indian post Currier in mentioned address (INVOICE NO: protected). And also confirmed that, they will return the paid amount as well as Currier charge me after they get back the product. As there is no such store in my area, on protected/protected/protected, protected.protectedAM I have parceled the product by SPEED POST (INDIAN POST tracking ID ESprotectedIN) from SIlchar REC branch (PIN protected). The cost for Currier that I have paid is INR protected.protected. On the same day, the photocopy of the invoice and the speed post tracking details were mailed to the seller. The seller of the product / where I sent the product: Aero Club, 2nd floor, Village and PO: MUNDKA, Near Piller no: protected, Delhi-protected, DELHI(protected). Later, I get to know that they did not receive the item as the weight of packet was not even half of the weight of the packet during posting from me (weight was mentioned on speed post slip). protected/protected/protected, The items came back returned the PO, from where I made the parcel. They called me, I went there and have seen that the packet is broken and empty and weight is very low (now its protectedgms). During the Purcell weight was protected gms. So I didn't receive the packet. Take the necessary action as soon as possible so that I either get the same shoes of size protected or REFUND (Price and Currier charge) i.e INR protected and protected.
