I have placed an order protected on protectedth April of two sunglasses which costed protected Rs. But now my order has been placed on hold and asking me to pay more protected Rs for gold membership because there have been some offer applied because of technical issue in their app. The problem is from backend someone from Lenskart marketing team added this order to me a day before which had Gold membership applied. But this has not been done by me at all. I simply checked the products and found it cheaper and placed by my own. Now, Lenskart executive keeps on calling me and every day they have different things to convey and once told that what I have done is "unethical", I am seriously disturbed by all these calls made by Lenskart and it looks like they are not very clear what to do and everyday they keep on changing my order status. Yesterday one of the executive called and said that I will get the order - no issue. Now today, they again called me and now order has been put on HOLD. I am now totally frustrated and fade up with such service by LensKart. I do not know when will I get the order and it should be delivered on or before protectedth April protected.
