We received an email on protectednd December protected that you have processed our refund and as per the policy the money will be refunded within protected working days. protected working days are already completed but still have not received our money. When we tried to reach out to you via email, You guys don’t respond to email at all. Whenever we call you, in first instance you guys ignore our call and didn’t pick up and after 3 or 4 times you receive a call and gave us some lame reason (E.g., This person is on leave, They are on lunch time, Saras will only proceed the refund and she is not there today, Saras said your refund will process by some other team) and cut the phone. (Contact numbers: protected, protected, protected & protected) On 9th January protected, When we had a telephonic conversation with Saras, she said that I will discuss with senior people and tomorrow I will inform you. She is such a liar that she said she will be working on Thursday and when I call her she was not picking up the phone and when we call on landline number, some person pick up and said today everybody has holiday. On protectedth January protected, When we sent text message to Rahul, Sara & Saras informing that we will be filing FIR because you are not understanding our situation, Immediately Rahul from Trip and Talk office called and discuss things and said please don’t do these things and commit that he will refund our money by Monday dated protectedth January protected. We still didn’t do anything under the impression that since Rahul has said that he will refund our money so will wait till Monday protectedth January protected. When we call you guys on protectedth January protected, Rahul told that Saras's Grandmother got expired. Next day protectedth January protected, you gave a reason that today her Grand father got expired and refund will proceed by Saras only after protectedth January protected i.e., Sunday and you have a holiday on Sunday. When we said that we will file a complaint, Rahul told please file the complaint as we have genuine reason. When we had a telephonic call (Rahul, Sara, Saras & RK Sharma) and tried convincing you that our house agreement is there and we need money still but you don’t understand the importance of it. Since you are not returning our money even though protected days past as per your policy, We decided to take harsh approach now and lodge a complaint against you in cyber- cell as all the transaction took place online. We have given you enough opportunity and you frustrate us like anything. Now we will make sure you also suffer the same problems. We requested a lot to you but didn’t understand. The below email was already sent on protectedrd December protected. We didn't get any revert on the same. For your kind information, we had booked this package in July protected (6 months prior) this trip booking was cancelled from your side before any prior intimation just a day before to travelling to kerela. As we paid all the booking amount as per your instruction and you also sent all the hotel confirmation vouchers still you had cancelled all our booking and left us saying that we have to manage ourself on sat protectednd December 6.protected pm. As per your policy, you were supposed to send us the confirmation email 5 days prior to the travelling. When we were contacting you from Monday protectedth dec till Saturday protectednd December, you were just saying that we will sent you in the evening again and again till Friday. Suddenly you informed us that your booking got cancelled on Saturday. Regarding alternative, you provided us the alternative at protected PM in the night on Saturday protectednd December and that too below standard. Earlier you had booked 3 star hotel room and as an alternative you had booked Oyo room (Fathima Residency). If we have to live in that Oyo room why we had paid you to book the hotel and everything 6 months prior. Currently we are facing lots of issues in Kerala and costing us around protected,protected more than you took from us. You are soley responsible for this pathetic trip begining and it creates mental pressure taking costing part into consideration. Hence as a result you have to bare the additional costing along with interest on the amount you kept for 6 months. Request you to please refund all the below cost:- protected,protected + interest on protected,protected for 6 months+ protected,protected As per our telephonic conversation on Saturday you also agreed to compensate the amount over and above our package cost. Since you have managed this trip very haphazardly and irresponsibly we would urge you not to cheat us again and proceed the above amount immediately as you had break our trust who booked it from trip and talks and put a stigma on your company's name. Regarding abusive language mentioned by you, we know how to talk to female employee. we have all recordings with us and will submit the same if required. we have not used any abusive langauge at all. If we told that we will take legal action against you and if you feel that this is abusive language then we cannot help you. You are on the verge of cancelling our trip and still you expect patient behaviour from us. Regarding airlines we booked it ourselves and through your package. Regarding refund terms and conditions, we were just aware about protected working days refund policy and while booking we were not informed and also not mentioned in your refund policy that when vendors will refund after that you will proceed our refund .
