I have heard about JustDial via friends and subscribed for their services in April protected (One year contract ID: PXprotected.Xprotected.protected.F4G2) for my company KudoMetrics Technologies Private Limited. But within six months, I have found that the leads I am getting from JustDial are worthless. So, I have called their ECS department and asked them to cancel my contract. Although the initial custom care executive who has contacted me told "You can cancel your contract anytime and stop payments," the ECS department people said that it would be impossible to cancel it within one year. When I countered them with what told by Lenin (the guy who came to my office and explained about their services), they told me to read the agreement as it was for one year. So I have waited for one year, i.e., until March protected and contacted them to cancel the ECS. Even though my contract has been expired, they told me that you would have to wait another protected days to cancel the ECS. I have waited for another month, and then again, they were giving excuses. It's been four full months since my contract has been expired, but still, the ECS is being processed by Just Dial. Even today, I have called them ten times, but their response is one of the following: 1) ECS department team members are busy or unavailable, and they will call back (but they have never called me back) 2) We have taken your request, and we will stop the ECS within protected days (I have got this message four times from JustDial ECS department team in the last four months, but the money has been deducted from my account continuously) 3) We have placed a seven day's notice period on your account for ECS cancellation, and it will happen automatically (got this message another three times but the money is still being deducted from my account). These days, if I call their customer support, they are not at all picking my calls, or they will pick it up, ask my name and company name and then hang up. Although I don't have proofs of previous calls, in the last two days, I have recorded everything I have spoken to them. I feel that I need this proof to file a police complaint and consumer court complaint if I don't get any response from Just Dial for this complaint. I hope that they will stop my ECS after reading this complaint and cancel my contract once and for all.
