I have raised an complain 'internet not working' on 2nd August protected. According to company policy it should have been resolved in protected hrs.. it has been more than protected hrs.. I haven't heard anything from company side. When I call to customer care they are not giving me any resolution. They are saying ' we are trying and it's not in our hands to respond to customer about delay'. I have been mentally harassed by this company from last protected months. Same kind of issue is persistent and they are not resolving it, despite requesting continuously.
