I have taken a new connection effective Jan protected in my new residence at Madhapur, Hyderabad. Within one hour of my inquiry call, the salesman was at my doorstep to collect my KYC details and fill in the application form and took 6 months payment in advance. After repeated reminders and escalations they gave me the connection only on protectedth of December whereas the payment was collected on protectedrd December protected. Now for the past 3 days my internet is running very very slow. Customer care does not respond properly, they ask me to use to the app to log a complaint. They gave me a complaint number and after 2 days they say the issue is resolved. Whereas I am still having very slow internet, I work from home, and it is impacting my work big time. But there is nobody who will take responsibility and there is no way to contact any senior person. I also have been asking for a manual bill for my payment on their letterhead as I need it for proof of address but nobody seems to care a damn.
