Indigo has time and again deducted payment but after redirecting by banking website they do not give PNR .After inquiring they say that payment is with bank and will be returned to the account of user in 3 to 5 days.It is a harrassment because again I need same or morw amount for booking a new ticket,which is not available dor the common man .It is gross mischief on part of Indigo.Either they should allot PNR when the tansaction no and bank details are confirmed but they dont do this just to get higher rate tickets for consumer. Dear IndiGo Customer, transaction of INR protected.protected has been deducted from my account again for getting ticket I needed to pay INR protected for same flight after protected minutes
