I had purchased a" MICROMAX Qprotected" mobile phone through FLIPCART . I had an issue against the mobile set about charging and its software.I went to FLIPCART CUSTOMER CENTRE, the customer care representative told me that my product's warrenty doesn't show. He said that the product was invalid. Since then I complaint regularly to Flipcart. But I have not received satisfactory response. I havebeen very puzzled.
