(Subject : Home Loan EMI A/C NO: protected) Please be noted that we have noticed an auction property for Sale through SBI. We have contacted Mr. Sebastein who is working under SBI ARMB, Alwarpet to purchase the asset through Bidding. We have been informed that the total value of the property is Rs. protected,protected,protected after bidding. Therefore they asked us to pay the Initial Amount protected% of the total amount to register the asset to my name. So we have arranged the money which is Rs. 7,protected,protected and paid in 2 instalments (2,protected,protected on 5th September protected & 4,protected,protected on protectedth September protected). Later we have requested Loan for the balance amount. From the date of payment of protected% we have been keeping on asking for the possession date and they are extending the date from October to November and November to December and so on. Finally this has come to March and later on Lock Down. From the Bank side they keep telling us that there is no bank manager to solve this, we will notify once the bank manager is back to his desk. It's been a year, still the matter is not resolved. From another side SBI Bank is charging interest for property which is not handed over to me. We owe to pay interest which is still not registered to my name or to which I have never enjoyed with the asset. This is not fair at all. SBI Bank, MRC Nagar did not approach me to transfer the Funds to the ARMB branch where the property is not registered at all. SBI Bank, MRC Nagar branch has to check whether the property is registered to the concerned person before they disburse the loan to the other person or to the bank. But they failed to do so. SBI Bank, MRC Nagar tried to deduct the dues through ECS. Below is the details of the amount tried to charge from my Axis account salary account. Also there is no message or email notification on these charges. Also I'm paying Interest for the Initial Amount protected% to others banks received through Jewel Loan & other financials . Finally I have decided this asset does not have this value for the amount I suppose to pay. So I need some discount or to deduct the following dues from my Loan to proceed further. Also I need to fix the cheque bounce charges which are charged from the Axis Bank. I need to get the cheque bounce charges for the same. Axis Bank charges around Rs.1,protected/month for the cheque bounce. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
