Last month in Sep protectedth I renewed my Hathway broadband subscription with Rs. protected after I got a call from Hathway person followed by the confirmation mail. The offer includes 1month+additional protected days & data with protectedgb & protectedmbps. But after 1month, from June 3rd they disconnected my internet & from that day after my repeated call to customer care & mail to their help desk is no help. Now I am getting messages from their billing team that the offer is not applicable to me. When I called to customer care & ask for the reason they are giving the same copy paste reply each time.They are committing that the billing team will call me but no one is calling me & I am still in dark with the mail confirmation why I am not eligible for the offer, this is another kind of cheating. In the name of fake offers Hathway is cheating the customers. As the suffering customer I need the resolution & proper justice.
