I ordered my eye glasses along with frame from LENSKART store located in GIP MALL NOIDA on 4th jan protected, I got it delivered by 7th jan protected, after getting my spect. i tried it, but feels some haziness after wearing it so i complaint it on LENSKART given toll free number, there the customer executive asked me to go and visit store from where i had purchased my spects. I immediate visited the store located in GIP noida there after examine my spect. they said that by mistake some degrees in you eyeglass had putted wrong, so please summit your spect. we will get back to you within 3 day. but now after 4 days i called the store and now they are saying me that it will take infinity time as there is no stock available of the frame that i purchased. I again called the customer executive Mr. Sanjay kumar he also saying the same thing and asking me to get the refund. i said why should i take my refund after so many days, my eye sight is so weak that i can't even see anything without eye glasses and now you are saying to take refund after so many days i am facing so much problem as my old spects are totally useless. I was in hope for so many days to get my new spects . Honabkle sir I am totally depressed and mentally, harassed by this type of answer. please look into the matter as provide me justice. my eyesight is left eye:-7.5 sph, -1.5 cyl. and right eye: -3 sph. , -1 cyl.
