I am extremely sorry to bother you by escalating the matter which is pending with Jet Airways for about one year. In the past the matter was taken at various levels of hierarchy excluding you but till date nothing has been resolved. I am writing mails and asking them to resolve the matter for the last one year, but they do not treat this as serious and I am not getting any fruitful reply from Jet Airways Management. Hence I am compelled to take up this case at your level. I am flying in Jet Airways since last almost protected years and I am gold member for quite some time. I faced lot of problem while flying with Jet Airways with my family. Finally I asked compensation i.e. Rs. protected,protected/- for the loss incurred due to the mistake of Jet Airways Management. I am enclosing all the correspondence made with Jet Airways Management which clearly indicates the problems faced by me. Looking forward for your positive response from your end.
