My Casew # protected and jbl ahmedabad service center Job # GJ-Cprotected. I submit my jbl earphones Tprotected at ahmedabad service center and told that we don't provide solution only first visit. Our company policy is first customer come to submit faulty product with own cost and go back then later again customer will come again . After that jbl emailed me that your product is ready so visit service center. when i visit service center they said product is not ready go back and come again day after tomorrow. This thin is going on. Kindly help me.
