I had used their transport service for shifting my goods during my relocation from mumbai to goa on protectedth of Nov protected. Though we loaded all my stuff together in a dedicated vehicle ( as agreed between us), to my disbelief, I got my stuff delivered in goa by a different vehicle. On enquiring further, I gathered that the earlier vehicle had broken down so they had to shift the stuff to another vehicle. I also gathered that this new vehicle was already loaded with some heavy machinery parts due to which a lot of my stuff got damaged and some got broken so bad that it can't be used anymore. The stuff which reached me was all soiled with dry mud (I guess they transfered my stuff in some wet field or so). The official assigned to me had no clue about all this. Atleast that's what he told me when I called to complain about it. He also told me not to worry as our consignment was insured and he would help me get the claim. Then I started following it up with him regarding the claim. He would always promise me that it is all settled with the insurance company and my claim will come through the next day. When I called him the next day, a new promise was given about the following day. This kept on happening for almost 3 months after which he told me that they will not give me the claim. This guy acted extremely slymy and weired. He even sent me a picture of the cheque that was processed from their side. One day he even told me that he has sent the cheque in a courier. When I called to take the docket no he started asking me about my name and pan no. That very day he told me that he will not give me the claim. After this I wrote a mail to their company on the protectedth of feb, and they told me that they will get back to me in 2 days. They happily sat on it and didn't respond even after many reminder mails by me. Finally I got a revert on the 3rd of April that every thing is sorted and I would receive my cheque by that weekend i.e 6th of April. Today is protectedth of April and I still haven't heard from them. I don't think that they are in any mood to pay. I wanted to take this matter up on the social media as well but Manav told me to go through him. I totally trust him with this matter and this brilliant initiative about sorting out customer's complaints.
