Fraud transaction occurred from my salary account via paytm since July protected and for that transaction, I didn't receive any mail, OTP and message on my registered mobile no. protected. I raised complaint for it in ICICI bank twice but they replied complaint declined due to second authentication factor.Bank said it's cyber cell case so I complaint in cyber cell on protected/9/protected application no protected, but yesterday cyber cell employee asked to take follow up from bank and bank asked for cyber cell premlok park pimpri. No one entertained me in the bank and cyber cell as well. Account details a/c no. protected debit card No. protected protected registered mobile no protected IFSC code ICICprotected No one has handled Paytm app in my family. Just I received a single mail dated 8/8/protected of two transactions of Rs.protected/- and this matter came to know me. Kindly do the enquiry related to this and refund my amount needful. thanks I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
