I Purchased a Product (Ear Pods) from Life Cube India from online link (https://iprotectedearpods.com/pages/about-us) , the Merchant Transaction Identifier is "protected" and the Payment ID is protected , he delivered me a Wrong product and is not responding to my Queries , can you please help me with the same ? Main Issues: 1. I ordered for Iprotected earpods and they delivered me i7s which is the biggest blunder they did. 2. The package is in damaged condition and it is not that great. 3. I ordered for red ear-pods and they delivered white earpods. I have been repeatedly trying to connect with them over Face book messenger and on emails but they are not resposnding. I need a refund from the company, kindly help.
