I have purchased water purifier on amazon.in from Aqua Libra seller, details as mentioned link . I purchased on protected MAY protected, it got delivered on protected May protected. I have been trying to contact seller multiple times as mentioned thru wats app and regular call. But no response. I have reached out to amazon customer care for help, since i made purchase through Amazon. But unfortunately ,i have not received any help from Amazon too. I spoke to a amazon executive who refused and said do the installation yourself else, go and check with seller!! I mentioned that Seller claims on amazon website that he takes care of installation , then she refused to provide seller contact details!!! So how am i supposed to do the installation? If i do installation myself the warranty is void anyways and what about after sale service? Why amazon is allowed to cheat customers? Amazon just says request for return, but question remains why should i be wasting my time? I would need answers from Amazon how it can excuse itself when it claims responsibility for selling the product and accepts payment from customers, but when it comes to addressing the concerns , it fails to do so!! I need hefty compensation from Amazon to make sure it doesn't keep cheating customers and get away!!
