I have purchased Airtel secure plan on 1 Sep protected for my mobile Make Xiaomi, Model REDMI4X, EMI no. protected Sum Insured protected/- Membership ID protected. I have paid approx protected/- per month from 1 sep protected to protected Jan protected. But when I have claim my same phone of same EMI number then they denied to give its claim for repairing. They give me a reason that it is not a valid policy because Airtel Secure policy and Phone Invoice both are of different person. But during the purchasing of airtel secure why they generate insurance policy and why they charged me for a non liable airtel secure policy. So please help me to get my paid amount and take a strict action why company generate insurance for non relaible document of two other person. When they issued this policy and take premium then how they denied to give its claim.
