Fraud

Hi, I had placed order on ethnic cube website towards purchase of Jewellery and dresses.. Order was placed on 5th Nov.. But the order is still not dispatched.. Had returned emails but there is no response.. Nor there is a customer care number updated.. This is completely A Fraud website please help arrange for refund by blocking the website so that no one could order and fall for this scam I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
