I had booked a flight ticket (INDIGO 6E protected) for Mr. Virupakshappa Nashipur, PNR No. UPKK4E in INDIGO 6E protected and PNR No. upkk4e INDIGO protected under PayTM booking ID protected to travel from Bangalore to Srinagar for Amarnath Yathra on protectedth July protected and return journey from Srinagar to Bangalore on protectedth July protected. Due to COVID-protected Bangalore to Srinagar flight was cancelled. As this ticket was booked using Paytm, so Paytm has to process the refund to me. It was processed. But cancellation charges by Airlines is Rs.3,protected/-. For 2 tickets it is Rs.6,protected/-.But Paytm was showing Airline cancellation Charges as Rs.protected,protected/-I have been reaching out to Paytm flight care number so many times but all in vain. Even my emails are also not being replied to. Even after waiting for protected hours, I never receive any response. It’s been more than 7 days that I have been chasing Paytm for the correct refund but in vain. So, please give me justice and make my money get back from Paytm. I have attached receipt which shows details of cancellation charges. Thanking You. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
