Faulty Material

Dear Sir/Madam, I bought one prestige hot kettle. I used protected times and I have found corrosion at the bottom of the same. It's unhygienic to use such kettle. Even if I go for repairing you will use the same material. Hence I don't want to use the kettle. I request you to kindly help me in getting refund or upgrade to better quality (the difference I am ready to pay). But I am not going to use this. Kindly do the needful. Thanks, Gaurav
