I purchased LG refrigerator model GC-BprotectedSLUV in june protected, and unfortunately am facing poor and incompetent service staff since then. The local service center allocates certain Mr. Rajeev for servicing of my fridge who is absolutely incompetent and has NO understanding of the high end fridge. I have been facing precipitation formation inside my refrigerator which RUINS ALL THE FOOD ITEMS INSIDE THE FRIDGE. The service personnel have visited thrice yet, and state that the state of running of the fridge is perfectly normal and WATER IS EXPECTED TO DRIP ONTO FOOD ITEMS I do not know if the fridge is faulty or the service staff is incompetent, however, no resolution of my problem is given. I shall have no option but to approach consumer court.
