When the TV was purchased we placed it in our new house and we hadn't bought the TV connection so we didn't use the TV actually until 2 months. After shifting to our house we realize the mother is faulty and they refused to replace it and did the repairing. Now on protectednd December, protected our TV's dispaly panel is gone. It's been more than protected days they still haven't given us any answer when the parts will arrive, when they will repair and give us the TV. Everyday when we call them they give us a faulty promise date stating the TV will arrive. You speak to the store manager or the company representative no answer and not trying to resolve the issue. Also after paying protected/- for Panasonic TV this is not the quality expected from them and the terrible after service and the staff who cannot really resolve any consumer complains nor taking them seriously. I demand replacement of same TV model as intially we we're been sold with a faulty product.
