Dear Team, I have placed an order on last Sunday (6/1/protected) via Archies online (Order No-ALprotected) and the same was supposed to be delivered on 9/1/protected. The purpose of placing the order was for my brother's birthday and I was expecting the order to be delivered by 9/1/protected as per their acknowledgement. However I still haven't received the order from Archies and also I have paid the whole amount while placing the order.Even I have called the customer care to enquire about the order but they haven't given me any proper response regarding the same. No update has been given to too . Pls help as I need my money back from such a fraud company.
