Fake watch

Few days back, i ordered a FitX Pro Watch worth Rs. protected from their website vide order no HHMprotected. Only after one day use, I started facing issues in the watch like the data shown in the watch & the app suggested by them was different. The watch is having charging difficulty as well. Next day I called at the number which was mentioned as their customer care number Andy I talked to your executives Mr. Deepak & Mr. Rahul Sharma on the number “protected” regarding the same. They asked for the bank account details & to download a 3rd party software which seems like a fraud to me. I mailed them twice but it’s been two days, I have not received any reply from their end. They seem to have no interest in solving our issues. I don’t know what to do with the watch which is not working properly even after spending Rs. protected. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
