I purchased 1.5T Split A/C Whirlpool make from Best Price, KOTA (RAJ) in May protected. During the warranty period, one the A/C started giving problem of Gas Leakage. The same was rectified by the company w/o any charges. The very next year again the machine gave the same problem and Gas was filled by the service engineer on chargeable basis. Since then every year, the machine had repeated problems. Last year after. repeated followups, the machine was thoroughly checked at the company's service centre and the coils were changed. INR protected was changed from me and was assured that the problem shall not be repeated. Shockingly, this year again the same problem occurred and the machine was taken to the service centre. Now I am being told that the condenser is faulty and I have to pay INR protected again. Request you to kindly help me. This is nothing but harassment by the seller.
