I booked zoom car on 8th August from rajasthan and travel period was from protected August. When I reached to mumbai I went to pick up point of the car. There was no such car standing at That pick up point. Then I called to zoomcar customer care and then they told me sir we are very very sorry for inconvenience that we could not give that car as that car is in maintenance. I shouted on them for half an hour that you must inform me before that you couldn’t give me car so that I had booked another car, but you haven’t informed me. I had book the property far from mumbai so I thought that we’ll book the car from zoom car and then we will go their. But this worst company ruined our all the plans. Then the exicutive told me to pick the car from mira-Bhayander that is protected kms far from my pick up point. Somehow I reached that another pick up point. And when I reached over their theee was no. Car again I called customer care then they ke me latitude no of the car and when I reached their time was 4:protectedpm I booked the car from protected:protected pm to another day of 3:protected pm in short I booked the car for protected hours. And when i reached to the car car was in very very bad condition. The property which we booked was of protected per night just beacuse if zoom car we haven’t enjoyed the property we reached property at 8 in night and we have to checkout again protected in noon. Somehow we again reached to mumbai at 7 pm. Then they called me and said that sir you had exceeded the time limit so we have to add extra fare. I told them that I picked you car from Mira Bhayandar at 4 and I dropped it on 7 next day so totally I used that car for protected hours only which I had book for. First a fall their fault was that they haven’t informed me that their car was in maintenance. I was Comming all the way from rajasthan just to enjoy that Anchaviyo reasort which was protected km far from mumbai . And totally we ride for protected kms and protected kms were free and they had charged me for extra protected kms which I haven’t traveled. I agree that I exceeded protected kms but not protectedkm they just keep employees to fool the customers. When I was comming to mumbai one of their exicutive called us and said that you can drop your car at first pick up location and when I was about to reach over their they called me that you have to give penalty of rsprotected for dropping at different place. They charged me extra protected which was of no use. I want you to refund my all the expenses which was not been if I haven’t booked you worst zoom car. I want protected beacuse I couldn’t enjoyed the property for which I came to mumbai and protected which you deducted from my card without asking me.first they tell that we don not use your card without your permission and then they automatically deducted the amount. There are just doing frauds nothing else. They keep aur card no. And use them in future for another transitions. I want my all the money back.
