I ordered food in Dunzo app yesterday. In that app, a task can be assigned where I have assigned the delivery executive to collect the restaurant and hand it over to me for which I had to pay some fee. I paid the restaurant through phone pay app and delivery executive collected the food. When I called him, he said he will come my home in ten minutes. I waited for more than 2 hours but he did not deliver the food. I tried calling his number, but he did not attend my call and disconnected the call. In sometimes he switched off the mobile and the next day he blocked my number. I raised a complaint in Dunzo for which there was not one to resolve the problem. Chat support people told Dunzo is not responsible for such issues. There is no contact number to raise our concerns. The number provided as customer support is not connecting.
