I ordered for a cake in Just Cakes for my husband’s birthday through Zomato. In app it was showing the delivery person has collected the cake and on the way to my home. In another ten minutes I got a call from Zomato that the delivery executive is stuck somewhere, and he will not be able to deliver my cake. Instead money will be refunded to my account and it was also refunded. When I placed the order again, the delivery person has replaced the cake and delivered me with a very poor quality of cake which was spoiled and completely watery. I raised a complaint in Zomato but they were least bothered and said we will inform the restaurant. I called directly to Just cakes and enquired about it and the person said the cake was entirely different from what he has given. He also mentioned that he has a proof for it since he has a CCTV footage in his shop. I am raising complaint with Zomato again and again, but I did not get a solution till now. There is no contact number to speak to them also.
