I ordered medicine (Follihair tablets- pack of protected tabs, 2 packs) on protectedth October and also paid online through Amazon Pay Wallet on ordering, they delivered me the product on protectedth October as I got the product with opened seal & "VOID" was written on the sticker which was sticked on the box I did complaint on the same day on their customer care number because there was a statement written on their box that "don't take the box if seal is open and void is showing on the sticker" also I didn’t know that the medicines were original or fake as the box which was received was opened already. Again I wrote the mail to them on protectedth October. They told me to wait for 5 days so that they will pick up the product which I want to return (as I didn't knew that the delivered medicine was original or fake). Their pick up agent didn't came, he came on protectedth October, he didn't took all the medicines in original packing from me and took all the medicine out from the box and took the physical bill which was inside the box, wrapped all medicine in that bill and returned the empty box of medicine and sticked bill to me by saying that keep that box with you, we don't need it and he gone. I did several mails to them in between but they always say, your complaint is in process, your refund is in process, we have initiated that etc. etc but I have not received my money till yet and 1 month over. And yes one more thing that they never do mail and message to the customer regarding the status of the product at all, really they are giving disgusting services, they are not doing anything on customer issues and making money by fooling them. I'm requesting that please do the needful for me and help me to resolve this problem. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
