I have ordered a HRX sports shoe from myntra which is in offer on protectedst june at the time of End of Reason sale . The MRP of that product is protected after discounts i just paid protected. At that time they gave delivery date as 1st july , still then i got no updates from them so i contact them and asked about the update, they asked me protectedhrs of time to give update to me, even after protectedhrs i got no solution i tweeted the situation to myntra then they asked me protectedhrs to resolve , but again i got no update so again i text to myntra in twitter , then again they asked protected hrs to reach me . The next day one of the solutions escalation team head called me and asked protectedhrs again to resolve but again i got no update so i called to myntra cust care , they asked me protectedhrs again to get update. After protected hrs of that i got a call and he asked protected hrs of time . Today that protected hrs of time was completed but got no updates from then so again i called to myntra ans their behaviour is not at all good , she was very aggressively asked protectedhrs again after listening my concern and simply disconnect my call and now i got a call from case manager "RAKSHIT" from myntra and she is telling she is one of the higher authority and facing problem with logistic dept and asked 5 days to sort it out but she is not sure to resolve, when i ask if it not happens in 5 days then what will be the next step means she started shouting on me that "This is the solution i have at present if you want to cancel the product then go on". But by compareing the cost of my purchase from protectedst june to todays date its showing protectedrs difference . In the mean while of these complaints going on i personally checked the delivery agency which the details they mentioned in my order details is "Expressbees" I called them and asked about the tracking no, they confirmed that they didn't receive the product from myntra. So i shared this info to myntra , till i shared this info they didn't know that product is not delivered to the agency. This way they gave me fake promises to resolve the issue. In the mean while they provide me a coupon as token of apology of up to protected on purchase of protected, while i tried to apply that on the same product its giving protectedrs of discount which is less than tax amount on the product, i asked them to suggest at least one product to utilize the coupon properly but the gave no proper solution. In this way they are bothering me from 1st july and still asking 5 more days that too not surely to resolve. Finally they refunded my amount on protectedth july and not responding properly on twitter. Because of them i faced lot of mental agony and time waste.
