The issue that I have experienced was: Since protectedth June protected, I have submitted all the required documents for the closure of my savings account as well as dmat account to Orlem Malad West Branch. However, it's been 3rd August protected today and still the lazy bank executives and also the branch manager (Mr. Manjeet) does not have any clue or confirmation regarding the same. Repeated excuses are given to me every week that they are unknown to the closure process and do not know where the process is stuck. Disrespectful and pathetic service given to me even while leaving the banking relationship. How I wonder they must be servicing the existing customers. Worst bank to have account with.
