I am writing this with serious disappointment with your MAC AIR. For the last 6 years, I had to buy three MACs for my daughter sue to internal parts burnt for no known reasons. We all the family members have been using laptops for the past protected years and I have been using MAC Pro for the past six years, but never internal part got burnt. It is shocking and dangerous if this happened while flying by AIR as well as to the user. These damages are pertaining to the manufacturing defects. Such a thing has never happened to any of our laptops and never heard such a things from my protecteds of friends and colleagues who have been using laptops for the past several years. Does it mean we are at the disadvantage for being loyal customers to APPLE? I hope your company's values systems would protect its image by ensuring high level confidence in your product and taking immediate action to ensure that we are appropriately compensated on an urgent basis. Please consider urgently replacing them as my daughter work is suffering heavily as well as loss of data too . We expect the APPLE product provides high standard of safety to its product and its users. I would appreciate your urgent response and solution to this complaint. I am also copying this message to Apple Store MR Ritesh who has diagnosed these issues and sent the photos of the laptops' internal damages. You may like to seek more information from him, if you need to.
