The product delivered to my address was an air conditioner in which the outdoor is damaged and the compressor has leakage and the gas is not in the outdoor. A technician from Voltas visited to install the AC, once he installed and was doing the connection he found out there is no Gas in the outdoor and the Compressor has a Gas leakage. In regards to this, I called Amazon people, they asked me for a written confirmation from Voltas the Air conditioner company. I provided them over the email (attached is the confirmation of replacement from Voltas) as well as all the pictures. They promised for a replacement and I have had a talk with over protected executives in the last protected days since I have received the product. The order number is protected-protected with Amazon. The executives in Amazon are just blaming the Voltas people and they are not ready to give the replacement now as they say the Seller does not have a replacement for this product. When I contacted Voltas to exchange the outdoor under warranty they rejected saying "the product delivered was damaged and we cannot help you". I have been bouncing between the online portal and the Voltas agency and have spent Rs.protected/- over installation where my air conditioner is not working I want compensation from Amazon and Voltas for the inconvenience that I have been facing since past 3 weeks, and need the issue to be resolved ASAP. Also when I asked Voltas Agent to fix the outdoor under warranty they asked for an amount of Rs.protected/- I have various chats I had with different Amazon Executives in regards to this issue and they have been really agitated and ill-mannered in regards to dealing with this issue and asks me every time to call them and explain the issue to a new executive each time.
