I have RBL credit card. One day I received a msg of express cash offer of protected thousands on my credit card. I apply for this on RBL credit card apps at 7 Dec.According term I give pnb account no. in which account amount will transfer. Next day I received a msg that your express cash loan request has been processed successfully amount will be transfer in your account within protected hrs. But account number was wrong in this msg. So I call RBL customer care he told me please send your correct account detail on given email-id. I mailed with my account detail. Again I received same msg with wrong account no. Again I called to customer care then he update my account detail manually.But again received same msg with wrong account number. After that I have more than protected calls to customer care and mailed more than 5 but no response. Till date I did not get amount in my account neither back to my credit card limit. EMI of this amount already added in my account statement. Second EMI also have come without taking any amount. I have totally frustrated it is my herrasment by bank. So please request to solve my case.
